Thanksgiving 2007 =)

i went through a roller coaster of emotions the past 2 weeks, but i think things have finally settled down, just in time for Thanksgiving.

superficially, i am thankful for going through that emotional roller coaster because it made me lose enough weight to feel confident that i won't feel fat during the holiday season, HEHEHE =P

on a more serious note:

i am thankful for finally feeling like i belong with my extended family here in California.

i am thankful for (and scared of) the anticipation that i am about feel more challenged with my job.

i am thankful for still being in touch with my close friends in the Philippines and Singapore (shout-out to FACEBOOK!).

i am thankful for the awesome Filipinos in my company who warmly welcomed me with open arms (and made me embrace my geekiness, hahaha).

i am thankful for my wonderful non-Filipino co-workers-turned-friends, some of whom have left (or are about to leave) our Kyocera "family".

i am thankful for the wonderful people around me... you all know who you are =)
